Who is DBNurture?  

DBNurture is a permission-based e-mail marketing company that follows the strict permission-based guidelines of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 .We are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our consumers. Our pledge to protect your privacy is reflected in this Privacy Policy which outlines our procedures in collecting, using and safeguarding your personal information and information about your relationship with us. We will not disclose, rent, sell or otherwise transfer your personal information without your consent, except as otherwise set out in this Privacy Policy. 

How do we use your Personal Identification Information?  

As an e-mail marketing company, DBNurture manages e-mail lists generated by affiliate websites, professional individuals and organizations. We use your Personal Identification Information (including but not limited to first name, last name, address, zip code and email address) to transmit e-mail communications, such as newsletters from the list owner with whom you have a pre-existing relationship. A pre-existing relationship is defined as someone who has made a purchase, requested information, responded to a questionnaire or a survey, or has had offline contact with our partners or affiliates.

We may transfer your Personal Identification Information to other DBNurture offices for internal management and administrative purposes. Your personal data will be transferred to other DBNurture offices where necessary for the performance or conclusion of our contractual obligations to you or for your benefit. Transfers of Personal Identification Information may also be made where necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that Personal Identification Information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. Inadvertent disclosures may result, for example, when third parties misrepresent their identities in asking the site for access to Personal Identification Information about themselves for purposes of correcting possible factual errors in the data.

The DBNurture site contains links to other sites at which personal information is collected. In such instances, unless expressly provided to the contrary, the collection and use of your personal information will be governed by the privacy policy applicable to that site. That privacy policy should identify the entity that is collecting your personal information.

How Do I Opt-Out?

Users may remove themselves from a specific mailing list by utilizing the unsubscribe options that are present and available at the end of each e-mail that DBNurture sends on behalf of the list owner. Our Commitment to Security

We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect.

SPAM Policy

DBNurture has a zero tolerance spam policy.

DBNuture does not mass mail to purchased email lists.  DBNuture only allows opt-in mailing lists or lists of recipients with whom our partners or affiliates have a pre-existing relationship which is defined as someone who has made a purchase, requested information, responded to a questionnaire or a survey, or has had offline contact with our partners or affiliates. Purchased or inherited lists are by definition not opt-in. Any partner or affiliate found to be using the Service for spamming purposes may, at DBNurture's discretion, be immediately cut off from use of all DBNurture services and/or fined US$ 3,500 per occurrence with or without prior notice.

The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 primarily prohibits abusive, deceptive and misleading email practices for emails whose “primary purpose” is advertisement or promotion of a product or service. Specifically, the Act's principal requirements are:

• Subject line must not be misleading;

• From line and headers must accurately identify the source of the email;

• Every email must have a functioning opt-out mechanism for the advertiser and consumers opting-out must be removed by advertiser within 10 days;

• A valid physical postal address of the advertiser.

Disclosure of Personal Information

DBNurture will not disclose, rent, sell or otherwise transfer your personal information without your consent, except as otherwise set out in this Privacy Statement.

Children's Privacy

DBNurture is very sensitive to the issue of children's privacy and makes every effort to protect the privacy of children using the Internet. DBNurture's web site and services are not developed for or directed at children. Our policy is not to permit anyone under the age of 13 to do business with us. If you believe your child has provided DBNurture or one of its partner sites with any personally identifiable data by registering at the DBNurture web site, please contact info@dbnurture.com to have them removed.

Privacy Policy Updates and Site Maintenance 

DBNurture may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on this Site.
